
You can disable automatic reminders in your Dropbox Sign notification settings. Click Profile and update the necessary fields.ĭropbox Sign eSignature reminder notificationsĭropbox Sign will send an automatic reminder to recipients who have not signed a document after three days and after seven days.Click the down arrow next to your name and select My Settings.If the name used to send the email is incorrect, you can create an account on Dropbox Sign and change your profile name from there. The email that is sent to recipients after a document is prepared and sent is automatic and cannot be customized. Click the down arrow next to the request and select Cancel.Use your Clio email address when resetting and creating a new Dropbox Sign password. If you do not have a Dropbox Sign account, start by resetting your Dropbox Sign password.

If all signers have signed the document, you will need to delete the document instead. You can, however, cancel the request in your Dropbox Sign account if all signers have not completed the document yet. Once sent, eSignature requests cannot be canceled in Clio.
